Professional Self-Assessment
I graduated in August 2025 with a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating summa cum laude. I now develop software on the side and continuously sharpen my skills through hands-on projects hosted here at Yantento.com.
Professional Focus
I build practical, user-centered applications with clean architecture and maintainable code. My recent work spans responsive web apps, data handling pipelines, and interactive UI components. I prioritize modular design, version control discipline, and thoughtful documentation so projects remain easy to extend and review.
Selected Strengths
- Software Design & Engineering: Modular components, responsive layouts, and polished UX (micro-interactions, clear feedback, and accessibility-minded patterns).
- Algorithms & Data: Lightweight analytics, sorting/filtering, and trend visualization to inform features and UX decisions.
- Storage & Persistence: Structured JSON/local storage services, import/export flows, and defensive checks to prevent data corruption.
- Quality & Collaboration: Clear naming, inline comments, and readable commit history to support peer review and ongoing maintenance.
- Security Mindset: Basic auth flows, guarded views, and input validation as foundations for future backend integration.
How This Portfolio Evolved
Many of the projects here draw from real-world challenges I’ve encountered in tech and finance contexts—turning day-to-day problems into useful tools. That blend of practical use cases and academic rigor has shaped a portfolio that’s both functional and continuously improving.
What’s Next
I’m actively expanding these projects with deeper data features, stronger accessibility, and potential backend services (e.g., Firebase or lightweight APIs). I’m also iterating on UI/UX and security practices to keep my work production-minded and ready to scale.
